Hotel Aquacity Mountain View - Poprad

Really enjoyed this family-friendly hotel. Great food. - Helpful staff. - Our standard double room was new-fashioned. - Absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains. - Brilliant and marvelous location in the mountains. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Aquacity Mountain View. the hotel is perfect for families, the food is great, and the staff was really helpful. Our double room was modern and had an incredible view of the mountains. the location of the hotel is just amazing, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains.

Good breakfast with different options and with nice food available. Location short walk to old castles, churches and walled old towns to explore as well as nature walks and ski areas, the shopping areas, and excellent restaurants and awesome luxurious rooms overlooking the High Tatras mountais...

Loved our lovely stay there a lot. Only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this well-maintained and fully equipped hotel.

The hotel is fully equipped and the staff is friendly. Our modern room was comfortable. - the restaurant served delicious dishes. - the hotel's location near termy Poprad Park is incredible. - the food offered was savory and had a variety of options.

Free acces to the aquacity water park. Good breakfast selection. Nice view of the mountains.

Expensive. Not really a 4 star property. Confusing and convoluted acces to rooms. No air conditioning. The water park is extremely crowded at all times.

Nice rooms with view of the Tatra mountains from the balcony of each room. Fantastic pool areas. The food in the a la Carte restaurant was good.

The beds are way too hard. The quality of the food at the buffet could be better. Some days it was good, other days it could have been better.

Stay here was great with luxurious rooms and an awesome mountain view, along with a brilliant location and convenient parking.

If you arrive first you have to make a long trip to the reception. Few hondreds meters running threw corridors . then you finally and up in lift and has to go to 3rd floor.There is one recption for TWO hotels!! The girl behind the recption was pretty unfriendly and didnt explain nothing. To come to your room you have again walk few hondred meters . Dinner: You sitting in a room where you have a buffet. The food was terrible and different types was standing there already since hours !! So they was looking not nice anymore. Next morning breakfast was the same !! BUT best of all is, that CHECK OUT is at 10.00 !! And if you want to use the Aquabad , which was ofcourse the reason to go there , they unfriendly and arrogant receptionist will tell you , that you have to pay another 20 € per person to use it till 13.00 !! All in all you can say , if you wants to have a 4 star hotel and enjoy wellness and spa , stay AWAY here, because this is maximum level from a better hostel !!! for a way high price !

The hotel offers unbeatable views of the mountains. the breakfasts are good, with freshly cooked eggs, pastries, and yogurts. the location is near shopping areas, excellent restaurants, and luxurious rooms overlooking the High Tatras mountains.

We recently stayed at Aquacity Mountain View for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location close to the train station made it easy to reach, and it offered free entrance to Aquacity. The room design was modern and well-equipped, and the staff was perfect - friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The value for money was exceptional, and we would definitely recommend it to couples. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the hotel had an impressive range of pools and water attractions. The mountain view from our spacious and clean room was amazing.

This place offers nice accommodation with a large bathroom and impressive room, set in a favorable location not far from a sports arena and a cocktail bar.

I had such a nice stay at Aquacity Mountain View. The hotel's location between two old town centres gave it a unique charm. The room was impeccably clean and had a Scandinavian vibe which I loved. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The buffet meals were delicious, with options including local cuisine. The thermal pools were a highlight, especially the outdoor pool with a fine view of the Tatras.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a large balcony providing amazing views of the mountains. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel had a huge Aquacity complex with lots of fun and beauty services, making it a great place for relaxation.

The area around the hotel was not very pleasant, but that was not the hotel's fault. Another downside was that the complex was quite big, so it took some time to navigate around and find our way.

Our New Year stay was amazing! The hotel was in a perfect location - we were able to easily explore the nearby mountains and take part in all the winter activities. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The wide variety of food offered during breakfast and dinner was impressive. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free secure parking for our car.

Although we had a great overall experience, there were a couple of things that could've been improved. The WiFi connection wasn't great, but we were out exploring most of the time so it didn't bother us too much.
